Turn-key Design
	We can take your concept and help you develop a complete product or start with your design and documentation.
PCB Design
	Single Sided Double Sided Multilayer PCB software design system - PADS Version 2007.4
Prototype Build/Test
	If your requirement is to build a few prototypes with minimum documentation, we can do it.  If the design is complete and material is available, we can build prototypes in a very quick timeframe.  When the product moves to production, we can complete the documentation and move it into volume manufacturing.  When making the transition to production, we will document your product to include the following: Schematic PCB, Manufacturing Drawing, Mechanical Drawings, Bill of Materials, Assembly Instructions, and Test & Inspection Procedures
Test Fixturing
	For products justifying the expense, we can design board level and end-of-line testers. Final testing will be done either using a test fixture or using bed-of-nails test equipment.
Manufacturing
	Amber Waves Electronics operates a complete surface mount contract manufacturing assembly line in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. Our surface mount equipment can handle fine pitch assembly work, and standard package sizes at high rates of speed to IPC standards. Amber Waves has chosen to use the finest insertion equipment from Fuji. We also offer complete through-hole and mixed technology service.  Amber Waves employs experienced supervisors and inspectors, along with a team of experienced line workers who are enabled with state of the art equipment.
Software Design
	Amber Waves offers software engineering expertise at all levels – microcontroller firmware in embedded systems, desktop applications running on Linux and Windows, and client / server applications. We also have extensive experience in network programming. We are capable of developing in the language that best fits the product and are well versed in assembly language, C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, Python, PHP, and C#.
